Man Utd and Chelsea are among the clubs keen on signing the Dutchman

Frenkie de Jong's name continues to appear in the English media with relation to his future. A lot of the stories focus on the interest of Manchester United and, more recently, Chelsea.

Not even the words of Barça president Joan Laporta, who said he would do all he could to make the Dutchman stay, have changed the view of the issue in England. What's more, they consider it a strategy from the Catalan club to make more money.

Barça, for now, won't concede on the price. They want more than €80m. De Jong, meanwhile, has been prudent when asked about his future. He has always stressed a desire to stay at Camp Nou previously.

In this sense, there are even reports in The Mirror that he is already looking for a house in Manchester. They claim his camp have contacted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to ask about his property in Cheshire.

United don't want another Cesc Fabregas case when, after trying to sign him 2013, he decided to stay at Barça before signing for Chelsea a year later.

According to The Mirror, Manchester City's new striker Erling Haaland always wants Solskjaer's house. The Norway international is better placed than De Jong to land it from his fellow countryman.
