Barcelona's contract offer to German goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen

Negotiations between Barcelona and German goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen continue to advance. As revealed by SPORT a few days ago, both Barça and Ter Stegen want to extend the player's contract and conversations have begun to prolong his stay at Camp Nou. 

The club are satisfied with Ter Stegen's development and performances. He is a key player in the team and has been now for a number of seasons. He has never hidden the fact he is as happy at Barça as he is with his life in Catalonia. Renewing his deal is a priority for Barça. 

SPORT revealed that Barça have offered him a new deal until June 30, 2024. Ter Stegen's current deal runs until 2022. However, in recent hours, new information has leaked about the club's proposal. 

According to the Italian journalist Nicolo Schira on social media, Barcelona have offered the goalkeeper 6.3 million euros plus bonuses per year. It's an offer that Ter Stegen is studying and has still not responded to.
