Barcelona watch Roma's Bruno Peres ahead of potential transfer move

Barcelona’s sporting director Robert Fernande was in Italy this weekend with the objective of looking out for right-backs and players interested in the club’s next sporting project. Robert and various members of the technical team were at Roma vs Atalanta, Juve vs Pescara and Milan vs Inter. 

Most importantly he wanted to see Roma defender Bruno Peres, a player that Manchester City were after, although in the end he went on loan to Roma from Torino. He would cost around 20 million euros. 

The right-back fits Barcelona’s sale, with a lot of attacking potential and some solid defensive attributes. Fast, technically gifted and a good crosser. 

Bruno received various offers this summer and Bayern Munich were also watching him in the same game Barcelona did. The Catalans were also interested in Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie. At 19 he is shining in Serie A and various big European clubs are interested. His physicality brings to mind Pogba, although he is cut from a more defensive cloth.
