Barcelona vs. Elche: Koeman rings changes for La Liga match
The Dutch coach has made five changes to the side that drew with Cadiz
Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman has made a number of changes to his XI for Wednesday's La Liga game against Elche.
Oscar Mingueza, Samuel Umtiti, Miralem Pjanic, Martin Braithwaite and Francisco Trincao all come into the side for the league fixture.
Mingueza and Umtiti replace Sergiño Dest and Clement Lenglet in defence, with Pjanic giving Sergio Busquets a rest.
In attack, Antoine Griezmann and Ousmane Dembele drop to the bench to make way for Braithwaite and Trincao, with Messi keeping his place.
Barça are unbeaten in 12 league games but their seven-game winning run came to an end in the 1-1 draw against Cadiz on Sunday.
A win against Elche will move Koeman's side within five points of leaders Atletico Madrid, although they will have played a game more.
