The places affected by these recommendations are: Viladecans, el Prat de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Cornellà, Sant Just Desvern, Esplugues de Llobregat, l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Montcada i Rexach, Santa Coloma de Gramanet, Sant Adrià de Besós and Badalona.
