Barcelona target Rayo's Stole Dimitrievski as Neto replacement

| sport

The Macedonian goalkeeper has been linked with a move to Camp Nou

Barcelona seem to be certain that Neto must leave. The Brazilian goalkeeper has a high salary and a possible exit would improve the club's financial situation. However, and despite having offers from Brazil, the ex-Valencia goalkeeper doesn't seem especially keen to leave the Ciudad Condal.

Barça, though, as reported in North Macedonia, are looking for replacements in the case that Neto does leave. In that sense, the goalkeeper in 'pole postion' to become the new No.2 at Camp Nou is Rayo Vallecano's Stole Dimitrievski.

In fact, the Macedonian stopper was not present in Rayo's game against Real Betis at the weekend because "he had pain in his hamstrings." However, that could merely be a move to keep the player fresh and not risk him amid Barça's possible interest in signing him to create more competition for Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
