The forward does not want to go to Watford but another club has made a bid

Paco Alcacer’s situation has taken a twist in recent weeks. After the failed move for Antoine Griezmann, the forward thought he would be staying for another year but the idea is that he should leave this summer.

That is what they have told the striker with Munir El Haddadi set to eat into the few minutes he already had after finishing on loan with Alaves.

Alcacer has studied various offers and everything indicates he will move to the Premier League. He has ruled out Watford and Leicester have asked after him in the recent hours.

Alcacer had an offer in January from Everton, but the Blaugrana and the player didn’t want him to move then. During the summer Watford have pushed hardest for him, with RIcharlison leaving for 50 million pounds.

Alcacer might have been able to move back to Valencia if they ended up selling Rodrigo too, but Barcelona have now discarded that after Alcacer received a fresh, interesting offer from the Premier League that the club consider satisfactory too at 30 million euros.

The offer also meets Alcacer’s economic and sporting desires. The player is currently on the USA tour with Barca but having physical problems and did not feature against Spurs.
