Barcelona 'seal the signing of Memphis Depay'
The Catalans have got their man according to Nicolo Schira and have given him a three year deal
Barcelona are making moves in the transfer market to try and reinforce their squad for next season. Memphis Depay is one of those set to arrive.
According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Barcelona have tied up the forward until 2024 on a free transfer and will present him once this season ends officially June 30.
The two sides have agreed on a deal and only official confirmation is left. Depay arrives from Lyon after a strong season in France.
Ronald Koeman strongly hoped for Depay last summer and now he will have him for next season, provided he keeps his job.
The forward will earn around 5 million euros a season plus more if the team wins important trophies.
Depay and Lyon play their last game of the season on Sunday night at home against Nice, where they are trying to get third place.
