Barcelona pressure Luis Suarez over contract situation

There is a new chapter in the conflict between Barcelona and Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan forward was not included in the squad to face Nastic and Ronald Koeman told him he is not needed.

The Uruguayan has been linked with Juventus but he and Barca are far apart in the idea of what should happen to the final year of his contract. Suarez wants the money that he would be owed on it, but Barca are asking him to accept the same conditions Ivan Rakitic did to leave, which is foregoing that money.

For now it seems neither side will budge on that. Suarez's people are surprised with the manner that Barcelona are treating a club legend in. They don't understand that he is being made to train apart from the others even though he is not being a problem for Koeman. He might be brought back in to train with the rest of the group from today.

Suarez's future is in the air and if he stays, he might be left on the sidelines for a whole season. There are other sides interested too, but Juventus moved quickest. 

Atletico Madrid is another option that has picked up in the last few days.
