Rik Sharma

Sergi Roberto 5 - Couldn’t have a positive impact going forward from right-back, wayward crossing.

Gerard Pique 5 - Booked again, could have done better for Inter’s goal.

Clement Lenglet 4 - Weak and Martinez fought him off for the opener.

Nelson Semedo 6 - Not great until Dembele came on, then improved greatly going forward.

Sergio Busquets 5 - Off the pace and Barca were better when he was removed.

Frenkie de Jong 6 - Solid display even as those around him struggled badly.

Arthur Melo 6 - Better in the second half and worked well after dropping a bit deeper.

Lionel Messi 7 - Uncalibrated for much of the game but a whirlwind of a final 20 minutes, set up the winner for Suarez.

Luis Suarez 7 - Played badly but then came up with two quite brilliant goals, making it hard to give him a fair rating.

Antoine Griezmann 5 - Hardworking but ultimately not particularly useful, not settling in that well.

Arturo Vidal 7 - Brought energy, was the disruptor Barca needed against Conte’s machine.

Ousmane Dembele 6 - Erratic after coming on but hard to doubt he had a positive impact.
