Barcelona on their worst away run for 18 years
The Catalans have to go back to 2000-01 to see seven away games without a win
Barcelona’s away form does not invite optimism. They have gone seven games without a win and to find a similarly bad run you have to look back to 2000-01, when Llorenc Serra Ferrer was in charge - and he then left, giving the reins to Carles Rexach.
Barca’s last win away from Camp Nou was April 23. They beat Alaves 2-0, heading towards the title.
Since they they have lost the plot, losing 2-0 in Vigo before being spanked 4-0 at Anfield.
Then they drew 2-2 at Eibar, and were beaten i the Copa del Rey final 2-1 by Valencia in Seville.
This year they lost 1-0 at Athletic Bilbao, drew 2-2 at Osasuna and now lost 2-0 at Granada.
