Barcelona have an offer of €350 million for 49% of Barça Studios

Barça Studios is one of the assets Joan Laporta wants to sell be able to strengthen the team on the pitch in the upcoming transfer window.
While the club would prefer not to give up more than 30 percent of the audiovisual project, they have received an offer which is difficult to reject.
Barça have a proposal on the table to sell 49 percent of Barça Studios of 350 million euros and they are ready to accept it.
It would represent a huge amount of income for Barça and would enable the club to affront their summer plans with more optimism than they perhaps expected.
At the moment, Barça are negotiating with the interested platform for a repurchase option on the 49 percent.
The club's current need to find new sources of income does not clash with the desire to be able to recover an important asset such as Barça Studios in the future.
