Ernesto Valverde has made 10 changes to the side which beat Manchester United 1-0 in midweek for Saturday's La Liga game against Huesca.
Only goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen keeps his place in the side. The German will captain the Catalans as they look to extend their lead in La Liga to 14 points.
Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Gerard Pique, Luis Suarez, Ivan Rakitic and Sergi Roberto all missed the trip for various reasons.
January signings Jeison Murillo and Kevin Prince Boateng come into the side, as does Jean Clair Todibo. Rique Puig and Moussa Wague also start.
Valverde's assistant, Aspiazu, has confirmed that Barça will play with a back three, made up of Muirllo, Todibo and Samuel Umtiti. Malcom and Wague will be the wing backs.
