Barcelona make Man City's Eric Garcia their second signing of the summer
The defender arrives on a free transfer on a five year deal
Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Eric Garcia on a free transfer from Manchester City, making him the club's second arrival of the summer after Sergio Aguero.
Defender Garcia, 20, has signed a five-year deal at Camp Nou and his release clause has been fixed at €400 million.
The former La Masia player returns to the club after four years at City, where he played in the first team under Pep Guardiola.
However, his minutes were limited this season after refusing to extend his deal with the club so he could leave on a free.
Speaking a few days ago, Garcia said it was "brave" decision to come back to Barcelona.
