First and second division clubs have got individual statements from La Liga

La Liga and Segunda clubs have received statements from La Liga, advising them of steps to follow for when the confinement period ends. La Liga is working on eight different protocols, depending on differing scenarios. They have contemplated it all, including the worst option - that the league can't be finished. They are working on the most probable too, that the league restarts in June. Clubs should have a 'pre-season' before that.

The top flight recommends that clubs stay in a hotel to do this pre-season, where they can be isolated. Although Real Madrid, for example, can stay in Valdebebas, they have been told it would be better to stay elsewhere - because other teams share those facilities. Barcelona have been told the same. The clubs can stay there only if they keep those facilities for the first team staff and players only.

That would be difficult with all the youth teams, B teams, etc. So it may be easier for the sides to stay elsewhere.

La Liga will follow all the health ministry's stipulations thoroughly. One of the demands for clubs before training starts, is that all players take tests and so do the people that the players live with, 72 hours before they return to training.

Barcelona have submitted a list of hotels near the training ground where they might stay, to La Liga.
