Barcelona hoping to sell Memphis Depay in January
The Catalans wanted to move him to Juventus in the summer
Barcelona are preparing for the January market. Xavi has said himself that the sporting side are already working on it. Before any players can arrive, some must leave.
Memphis Depay could go in January and Juventus are interested in picking up the negotiations that broke in the summer.
The Italian club are at crisis point and their directors will reinforce in January to try and save the season as best as possible.
Knocked out of the Champions League at the first hurdle and 10 points off the top in Serie A, Juve will try and at least qualify for next season's UCL.
Memphis is on the target list. They wanted him in the summer and reached a deal with Barca but the player did not want to go for less than 7m euros net per season. Juventus could not do it, but now they can.
The Dutch forward has not played much, is the last option in attack and has been injured. Memphis will show his recovery at the Qatar World Cup and will have offers in January.
Barca want him to go and Juventus will try to make it happen before they end up in an auction.
