Araujo is out of contract in 2023 and has not yet agreed new terms with Barça
Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo is a target for Real Madrid president Florentino Perez, according to the show 'Sin Concesiones.'
Madrid previously tried to sign the centre-back when he left Uruguay for Camp Nou, joining the B team from Boston River in 2018.
Araujo, 22, is out of contract in 2023 and Madrid hope he won't sign a new deal so that they are able to swoop in and make a move.
He will be available for free if he does not renew in Catalonia, although in that scenario Barça may prefer to sell him for a fee this summer.
Araujo doesn't seem like he wants to leave Barça, as he showed in the Supercopa, playing just five days after undergoing surgery on a broken bone in his hand.
