Jorginho is out of contract in June and Barça need a replacement for Busquets
The transfer market never stops and Barcelona are constantly seeking opportunities to improve their squad and make it more competitive in the future.
According to The Sun, Chelsea midfielder Jorginho is the latest target for the Catalan club as they look to bolster their midfield for next season.
The Italy international is out of contract in June and, if he doesn't renew his terms, will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with other clubs from January on.
Jorginho, who turns 31 in December, could be looking for a new challenge away from Stamford Beidge and Camp Nou is reportedly an option, which would see him follow the same path of ex-teammates Andreas Christensen and Marcos Alonso.
Barça, meanwhile, could be keen on a holding midfielder because Sergio Busquets is out of contract next summer, too, and could decide to leave.
