Once Neymar said goodbye to his teammates at Barcelona and left without training, the club made an announcement on Twitter through their press account.
Barça expained that "Neymar has communicated to the dressing room that he's leaving the club" and that he "said goodbye to his teammates." The account added: "The manager has given him permission not to train and to resolve his future.

It's the first official comment from Barcelona on the future of Neymar after two weeks of uncertainty and links to Paris Saint-Germain.
The soap opera is now nearing the end, though, with this latest move, a soap opera which began with SPORT's report on Neymar feeling 'uncomfortable' at the club.
