Barcelona are alert to a possible Joao Cancelo opportunity
The Man City defender is ready to leave his club at the end of the season
Barcelona want a right-back in the summer market. There are various names on the table and Joao Cancelo is joining them. The player wants to leave Manchester City after his fourth season in the Premir League. His agent, Jorge Mendes, is keeping Barcelona up to date.
Milan are interested in signing him in June but they might not have the financial muscle needed. He would cost around 70m euros.
Cancelo was close to joining Barcelona when he played for Valencia. He also negotiated with Juventus, but eventually City got him.
Barcelona have looked at lower cost options like Pavard at Bayern and Meunier at Dortmund - but everything depends on the salary limit in the summer and if they can move on Sergino Dest permanently.
