Both teams have been linked with the Bosnian international this summer

With the football season finished, attention once again turns to the summer transfer window. One of the players to watch will be Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic, who has been linked with Barcelona and Real Madrid by different outlets in different countries.

Pjanic, 28, is a central midfielder who can play an attacking role or who can sit deeper. That's why the Bosnian international is one of the most sought after players in European football.

According to Sky Sports, Madrid are interested in signing him. They see him as the long-term replacement for Luka Modric. The website transfermarkt.es suggests Pjanic's value is around 65 million euros, an acceptable figure in today's market.

However, Juve, who signed Pjanic from Roma in 2016 for 32 million euros, are not open to selling a player who has performed so well for them this season.

But it's not just Madrid who are interested in the midfielder. Onze Mondial report that Barça are also keen on signing him: "They will make a big offer for Pjanic," the French magazine's website reads.
