Pedri, Trincao and Matheus will train away from the main group due to the coronavirus protocols in place

FC Barcelona's new signings Pedri, Trincao and Matheus Fernandes can't have any contact with the first-team squad until preseason begins. All are expected at the club on the 12th August, alongside returning loanees Carles Aleña and Oriol Busquets, but they'll do individual work whilst the first team is away in Lisbon, assuming they get past Napoli in the Champions League. The coronavirus protocols mean that no one, who isn't part of the first-team picture, is allowed any contact with the squad to avoid potential spreading of the virus.

NEW ARRIVALS INCOMING

Barça's new signings are expected to arrive from this weekend and the beginning of the next. They'll undergo medicals and begin individual work in preparation for next season. Barça want to them to adapt to their new surroundings as soon as possible before they all join up for preseason.
