Barça will face Iniesta's Vissel Kobe in the club's summer tour of Japan
The club has confirmed they will take on Vissel and Chelsea in the Rakuten Cup with both matches taking place in Japan
FC Barcelona have revealed two of the matches they will compete in during their tour of Asia this summer. Chelsea and Vissel Kobe, home of Andres Iniesta and David Villa, are their opponents.
In contrast to previous preseason tours, FC Barcelona have designed their plans around the visit to Japan as opposed to the United States. It'll be aptly called the 'Japan Tour 2019'.
And now we finally have dates to go with those fixtures. The first match will see Barça take on Chelsea in Tokyo on the 23rd July. The second fixture will take place on the 27th July against Vissel Kobe and see Iniesta, Villa and Samper line up against their former team.
Barça will take place in the Rakuten Cup which is run by one of the club's main sponsors:
