Coutinho looks set to join Arsenal whereas Braithwaite, Rafinha and Todibo could all join him in England

The transfer window is now open and Barça's plan is to ship many of their unwanted players to the Premier League. Some deals are more advanced, like Philippe Coutinho's move to Arsenal, as the club looks to generate enough cash to fund their own transfer moves.

Coutinho's agent, Kia Joorabchian, already have a strong influence with Arsenal's transfer business and is very close to moving another of his clients, Willian, across London to the Emirate Stadium. Arsenal want to add both Brazilians to their squad ahead of competing in next season's Champions League.

Another name who could be heading to the Premier League is Martin Braithwaite. West Ham wanted to sign the forward in January and have now reappeared on the scene. Barça want to recoup the €18m they spent on Braithwaite to cover the absence of Ousmane Dembele in LaLiga. Nothing is sealed yet but, like Coutinho, there's optimism a deal can be struck soon.

It's a different story with Todibo. Barça want €20m plus €5m in variables but Everton have cooled their interest in the defender. Roma have made their interest known but the player would prefer a move to England.

Barça need to sell the senior members of the squad they won't plan on using next season to help fund a move for one superstar signing.
