The Lyon forward hasn't ruled out making the move to FC Barcelona to link up with Koeman

The Dutch forward Memphis Depay, who currently plays for Olympique Lyon, hasn't ruled out a move to FC Barcelona. Ever since Ronald Koeman was named as Barça's new manager he's been linked with players who he worked with for Holland.

The 26-year-old scored a hat-trick for Lyon against Dijon and after the match was asked about a potential move elsewhere. "I haven't spoken with him yet," is what Depay said when asked about Barça.

"I could dream about playing for big clubs"

Depay, however, wanted to remain respectful to current side Lyon. "At the moment I'm here but I can dream about playing for one of the big clubs. Let's see what happens."

He is grateful for the "freedom and respect" Lyon have shown to him. "I'm happy for that and I'm doing everything to show them the same back."

Praise for Ronald Koeman

"He was very involved during my recovery. He came to see me in Rome. When I was training with Holland, he came to see me too," Depay said of Koeman. "Our relationship is good and now he's the Barça manager."

Although he wanted to make it clear he wasn't thinking about anything else right now. "Personally, I'm focused on Lyon."
