The game will be played on Dec.18 but the time has not yet been fixed by La Liga

According to ‘El Partidazo de Cope,’ Barcelona and Real Madrid's game on Dec.18 could be played between 1pm and 5pm, despite being on a Wednesday.

The fixture was originally postponed on Oct. 26 due to "security reasons" after protests in Barcelona following the decision to jail nine separatists for their role in the 2017 referendum and push for independence in Catalonia.

If the kick-off time is confirmed, it would avoid the Clasico clashing with Copa del Rey games. It would also mean a 'primetime' kick off for Asian countries, a growing market for La Liga.

The original game was due to kick off at 1pm on a Saturday and Javier Tebas explained that the first Clasico is always designated a time in accordance with the Asian market.
