Barça, Madrid and Bayern all watching Swedish starlet Alexander Isak
The young forward has been compared to Zlatan and is drawing interest from all over Europe
Barcelona have followed Alexander Isak since last season. The young AIK Solna forward, who recently turned 17, has starred in the Swedish league and that’s led to interest from Europe’s biggest clubs, with Barça’s interest continuing.
Just a few days ago the Swedish newspaper Aftenblodet assured that Real Madrid scouts have watched Isak live several times. In May, the Nordic press also revealed Barça’s presence at games. And during the last few weeks, Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Leicester have also been linked with the teenager.
Due to his position and his nationality, he’s been likened to Zlatan Ibrahimovic. His height (190cm) and his coordination have enabled his rise into the AIK Solna first team. He’s scored six goals this season.
Sources at Barça have limited themselves to confirming that he’s one of many young players on the club’s radar.
