FC Barcelona are negotiating with Benfica for the Portuguese right back Nelson Semedo. According to RAC1, a delegation from FC Barcelona has travelled to Portugal to negotiate the transfer.
Barça have been following Nelson Semedo for some time now as one of the options to strengthen the right back position and, after ruling out a move for Hector Bellerín, Barça have launched their bid for the 23-year-old Semedo.
Barça have already made an initial offer of around €30 million according to the Portuguese newspaper Record on Wednesday. Now it seems Barça have decided to negotiate face-to-face with Benfica for the player.
