Barça hold talks with Antonio Rudiger's agent in the Catalan city
The Chelsea defender's out of contract in the summer and could sign for nothing
Sahr Senesie, the agent and half-brother of Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, was spotted in Barcelona on Wednesday night with representatives from the Catalan club.
Sky Sport Germany report that the agent met with Barça director of football Mateu Alemany and sporting advisor Jordi Cruyff at a hotel in the city. The meeting, per the information, lasted more than two hours.
Rudiger, 29, is out of contract in June and is one of the most wanted defenders on the market. Barça have already agreed a deal to sign his Chelsea teammate Andreas Christensen on a free transfer.
However, Barça are still working on strengthening their backline and Rudiger is a player they like, as do Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and other top clubs.
Barça are also still working on signing another Chelsea defender, Cesar Azpilicueta and Ajax right-back Noussair Mazraoui.
