Barça defender Lenglet: Maybe the preaseason we had hasn't helped us

The centre-back spoke to RAC-1 about the campaign so far

Barcelona defender spoke to RAC1 on Monday about a number of issues which have clouded the club since the season begun -- and also about some more positive subjects.

On two preseason tours: "It wasn't easy, everyone knows that. We travelled a lot with big time differences and it's tough. We're not the only club to do so, but we went to Japan and to the U.S. Maybe all that hasn't helped us, but now the only thing we can do is fix things on the pitch."

Champions League game with Inter: "It's always a good test in Europe, especially against Inter, who've had a really good season until now. It will be interesting to see where we are. It's a really important game."

Ansu Fati: "We can't put pressure on him. Scoring goals at Camp Nou, starting in the Champions League... it's a lot to take on. He's doing well, but we have to take care of him. He has the quality to stay with the first team, but the right moments have to be chosen for him. I think he's well supported and has a caring family, which is important."

Griezmann's documentary: "He made a mistake, but that's all in the past and we have to focus on the present and the future. He will adapt to Barcelona because of his talent and his quality. The league's only just started and he's got three goals... he's at a good level."

Dembele injuries: "He was really angry and disappointed with his latest problem. He was ready to give his best and then got injured again. I would like him to show the quality he has because we know he has a lot and he deserved continuity at Barça."

Red card and Todibo coming in: "The two yellows were fair. When you're on the pitch you always see things differently, but I was angry with myself. Todibo's ready to play. He's been waiting for his moment and now he will get a game to show what he's worth."
