Barça coach Xavi Hernández addressed the press today on the eve of the game against Cádiz. The Catalan touched upon rotations to the starting eleven. On Thursday against Manchester United, FC Barcelona fielded a changed starting eleven, with Xavi giving Jordi Alba and Marcos Alonso the chance to start in place of Balde and Christensen.
The Catalan told the media that "regardless of how the first leg against Manchester United would have gone, we would have rotated. Not just because of Thursday. The fixture load is very high and there are people who are working hard".
Xavi has Busquets back for the match against Cádiz, who has already been medically cleared after overcoming a sprained ankle. On the other hand, he will be without Pedri, who was injured against United, and Araujo, who will be suspended for yellow card accumulation.
