Azpilicueta says it's "not the moment" to talk about Barça interest
The defender was speaking while with the Spanish national team this week
Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta turned down the chance to talk about his future while with the Spain national team on Wednesday.
Despite several questions about his next move, with Barcelona keen, Azpilicueta said it was not the right moment to speak,
"It's not the right moment or place to speak about my future," he said in a press conference.
"If we have learned anything during the pandemic, it is to live day to day. I am enjoying being with the national team."
Remember that Azpilicueta has an offer on the table from Barça but is not sure what he will do beyond the summer.
Barça have offered an initial two year deal but Chelsea, where his contract expires this season, have an option extend his stay by an additional year.
