The midfielder had to come off during the Brazil-Honduras match after he took a huge whack on his knee

Arthur has suffered a major injury scare during Brazil's friendly match against Honduras. The midfielder was forced to come off early after being the victim of a heavy challenge on his right knee. The tackle, or rather foul, was so bad that it resulted in a red card after just 25 minutes.

The Brazilian tried to get up but was clearly in pain and the physio, Rodrigo Lasmar, called for an immediate substitution. Arthur left the field on a stretcher whilst the supporters offered him support and crossed their fingers it wasn't anything serious.

Another Barça man, Philippe Coutinho, scored Brazil's third.

There's a lot of concern in Brazil as Arthur is a key member of their starting XI. After losing Neymar to injury last Wednesday, supporters will hope they don't lose Arthur for the Copa America too.
