Antoine Griezmann's surprising reaction when asked about his future with Atletico
The striker gave an unclear answer when asked if he'd stay in Madrid
Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann grabbed the headlines in his side's game with Arsenal in the Europa League on Thursday by grabbing a crrucial late equaliser to salvage a 1-1 draw in the semi-final first leg.
Once the game was over, Griezmann spoke to reporters and he also grabbed headlines for his ambiguous answers about his future.
He was asked a very direct question, if he would stay at Atletico next season.
"I don't know. We'll see. We're talking with the club to see what can be done," the France international said.
Griezmann also sent a message to the Rojiblanco fans after the 1-1 draw which keeps Atletico on the path to the Europa League final.
"We'll keep going. The fans need to keep supporting up and helping us because anything can happen until the end of the game," he added.
It should be pointed out that Griezmann has been offered the chance to move to Barcelona next season and some of the big name players at Camp Nou have been sending him messages to try and convince him.
