Antoine Griezmann trains while his future is on the line
The French forward has not found a destination and Barca need him gone
Antoine Griezmann is one of the protagonists in the transfer market. The Barcelona forward is in the shop window and the club want him out to reduce their fat wage bill. However, for now, until his future is settled, he’s back in training under Ronald Koeman.
Griezmann was inconsistent at the Euros with France, who were eliminated early, despite being favourites.
Atletico Madrid seemed poised to take Griezmann back but Barca could not agree conditions with Saul Niguez as part of a swap deal.
So to work Griezmann goes, he’s going to train with the club until there’s somewhere else for him to go on a new adventure.
Lenglet and De Jong were also back in training, along with new arrival Memphis Depay.
