The France striker opened the scoring at Eibar after 13 minutes, beating Dmitrovic

Barcelona didn't have an easy start at Ipurua on Saturday. Eibar pressed high and the solution was to play long. That's how the first goal arrived for Ernesto Valverde's side. Antoine Griezmann was the scorer and, in finding the back of the net, he scored his first Barça goal away from Camp Nou. He had previously only scored at home: twice against Real Betis and once against Villarreal.

It was the 13th minute of the game when Barça got the breakthrough. Two players and one pass opened the home side up. Clement Lenglet was on the ball in his own half and looked to play a long pass for his compatriot, Griezmann. De Blasis slipped leaving space for Griezmann to run in to.

Griezmann closed in on goalkeeper Dmitrovic and, with his left foot, took a shot. After hitting Dmitrovic's foot and the post, it found the back of the net. Barça were ahead at a difficult ground and Griezmann was off the mark on the road.
