Ansu Fati is in dreamland this year. After being promoted from the Juvenil A side to the first team squad, this Thursday he was rewarded with a call up to Spain's senior team. The 17-year-old was delighted to get a phone call from the national team coach, Luis Enrique, ahead of the matches against Germany and Ukraine in UEFA's Nations Leagues.
The youngster took to social media to share his delight at the news he was part of Spain's squad. "I'm very happy and excited to be in the squad! Thank you everyone for your messages," Ansu wrote.

Ansu Fati doesn't want to let anyone down as he's faced with yet another challenge in his very young career. "I'll give my best to take advantage of this opportunity."
Barça's 17-year-old forward will look to add a senior international cap to what has been an incredible debut season for him. Ansu has shown that he's ready to perform at the highest level and promises to be a key part of the new side Ronald Koeman is building at Barça.
