Another defender out for the Inter Milan clash
Barcelona will not be able to use Chadi Riad for a curious reason
The problems just keep mounting for Xavi ahead of the clash with Inter Milan. B team defender Chadi Riad, the best centre-back option there, cannot be called up for the game.
UEFA stipulate that on the B list, youth players have to have trained uninterrupted at the cub. However Riad was loaned to Sabadell for the 2020-21 season after being signed by Barcelona in 19-20.
Chadi is a key player for Barca Atletico this season, but will not be able to be involved. The only way is if he was inscribe on the A list, like Pablo Torre was.
The who can be used are Astralaga, Texas, Balde, Alves Valle, Casado, Gavi, Alvaro Sanz and Ilias.
Pelayo Fernandez, another B team defender, could be used if needed.
