FC Barcelona are working on getting the unwanted players out of the club as the ramp up their search for new signings. The next two who are set to depart are Marc Cucurella and Andre Gomes. Barça will exercise their right to buy back Cucurella after his impressive performances for Eibar and he is expected to move to the Bundesliga. As for the Portuguese midfielder, he will continue in the Premier League with either Everton or West Ham.
'Cucu' is coming off a fantastic debut campaign in LaLiga whilst on loan to Eibar. So much so they took up the option to turn the loan deal into a permanent one. However Barça reserve the right to buy him straight back and then move him on for an even greater sum.
Sevilla made an offer for his services but it didn't reach the €10m that Barça are asking for. That means the Spaniard's future appears to be in Germany with a Bundesliga team as they have greater economical pulling power.
The future of Andre Gomes also appears to be concluded within the next few days. It's thought that as soon as this week he could announce a deal to join one of Everton or West Ham. It's now up to the player to decide. The cost of the deal is said to be around €30m after he impressed whilst on loan at the Toffees.
Denis Suarez and Sergi Palencia are two other names which are set to depart Barcelona this summer but their respective deals aren't quite as advanced yet.
