Collado's been left unregistered and can't play for Barça or Barça B until at least January

Barcelona want to find a solution to the Alex Collado problem. He is not registered for the first team or the B team due to a summer transfer falling through. Therefore, he's not been able to play a single minute this season. Moves to Club Brugge and Sheffield United fell through.

A few days ago, there was a meeting between Almeria's Joao Gonçalves and Barça's Ramon Planes. In said meeting, Collado's name came up with regards to a possible loan move to the second division side. Other young players at Camp Nou were also mentioned.

Several clubs have now shown an interest in the youngster from Sabadell, who has quality but needs regular football to find his best form. Granada and a number of Bundesliga clubs have also been linked.

Remember that Barça and Almeria have a good working relationship. Jordi Escobar joined Barça's B team this summer and Sergio Akieme moved the other way on a permanent deal after a successful loan. Defender Chumi previously left Barça for Almeria as well.
