Pini Zahavi was in town to hear what the Catalan club can offer the Polish striker

Barcelona's director of football Mateu Alemany had dinner in the Catalan city on Wednesday with Robert Lewandowski's agent, Pini Zahavi, as revealed by Gerard Romero on Jijantes.

Alemany has transmitted to Zahavi the contractual conditions Barça can offer to Lewandowski and the amount they would be able to pay to Bayern Munich, his current club.

Lewandowski, 33, is out of contract with Bayern in 2023 so the German side would perhaps be willing to negotiate a reduced fee.

Barça are ready to meet his financial demands by offering him a two-year contract with the option of a third season at Camp Nou included.

The Blaugrana would be able to pay Bayern between 30 and 35 million euros.

Zahavi travelled to Barcelona to hear first hand their offer and on Thursday will take it to Bayern as a way of officially opening negotiations.
