The young winger came off the bench in the Copa del Rey win over Ceuta

On Thursday, in the Copa del Rey game between Ceuta and FC Barcelona, youth team player Ángel Alarcón made his debut with the Catalan club's first team.

The forward, from Castelldefels, was born on May 15, 2004. He was the 10th homegrown player to make his debut under Xavi Hernández, including Bellerín.

Xavi brought on the Juvenil A attacker in the 80th minute for Raphinha, who came off with a goal (the first) and an assist (to Kessie, for the fourth goal). Alarcón jumped onto the pitch with the number 38 on his shirt.

Alarcón was placed on the right flank. He came in with a lot of intensity and the first thing he did was made a foul. He shared the last minutes of the game with Lewandowski (center) and Ansu Fati (left).

Xavi's debutants

Ilias Akhomach (November 20, 2021), Ferran Jutglà (December 12, 2021), Álvaro Sanz, Estanis Pedrola (January 2, 2022), Mika Mármol (May 15, 2022), Iñaki Peña (September 10, 2022), Marc Casadó (November 1, 2022) and Chadi Riad (November 8, 2022) have all debuted under Xavi previously.

Héctor Bellerín also made his official Barça debut (September 10, 2022), although he already did so as a professional footballer and after going through the Premier League (Arsenal) and LaLiga (Betis).
