Adama Traore could replace Raphinha at Leeds

The former Barcelona winger was not bought by his hometown team

Leeds United know it’s unlikely Raphinha will be playing at Elland Road next season. Even though they stayed up and his release clause did not drop, the player wants to leave. He has plenty of suitors, including Barcelona.

So Leeds aren’t sitting on their hands and are looking at the market to find a replacement. Per The Sun, one of the names they are inspecting is Adama Traore. The Wolves winger, who was on loan at Barcelona, is an option after the Catalans told the Midlands club they would not use their 30m euro buy option.

Leeds sporting director Victor Orta already signed Adama back when he was at Middlesborough, from Aston Villa in 2016. Per The Sun, he could cost them around 23.5 million euros.
