AC Milan want to sign Arturo Vidal from Barcelona in January
With a lot of injuries Gennaro Gattuso wants to bring in players
With various players injured, Gennaro Gattuso is desperate and has asked AC Milan’s board to look for replacements in the winter transfer window.
One of the names they have collected is that of Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The Chilean is not getting all the playing time he wants at Barcelona and - even though he might start against Atletico Madrid with Ivan Rakitic out - may accept a move in January.
At Milan he would fit in perfectly for his seasoned game and his ability to arrive in the box. He has also played in Serie for years, for Antonio Conte’s Juventus between 2011-2015, so would not need to adapt to the league.
Milan are also considering Cesc Fabregas’s arrival in the summer when he is free, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede’s agent Mino Raiola has had some contact with Leonardo, in hope of a deal for six months worth two million euros.
