Gattuso wants to strengthen his midfield and is eyeing a move for the wantaway French midfielder, who is also a target for Barça

Adrien Rabiot continues to generate rumours about his future after his contract discussions with PSG were called off. The last team to add their name to the list of interested parties is AC Milan.

In 'El Corriere dello Sport' they claim Rabiot is top of Gattuso's wish list. Milan are looking to strengthen their squad and are willing to spend the money required to bring bigger names into the club.

Gattuso believes it's in the midfield area where they need more quality. Rabiot is top of the list due to being available on a free transfer in January, as is Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey for the same reasons. In Brazil they claim Paqueta's move to Milan is a done deal and he'll move there next year.

FC Barcelona are still keeping tabs on Rabiot's future should he end up not signing a new deal at PSG. However due to the previous breakdown in talks, Barça won't make a move unless Rabiot publicly announces his intention to leave as to not further sour relations with the French champions. A host of Premier League sides are ready to make a move for Rabiot in January.
