Ansu makes history and is praised for cameo in Spain U21 win
He nearly scored, the stadium chanted his name and he took photographs with kids
Ansu Fati made history on his debut as a Spain U21 player in the 2-0 win over Montenegro. He played the last 11 mins as a sub but earned an ovation from the fans - his charisma is enormous - and made a good impression with the opposing goalkeeper denying him in the last play of the game. He took photos with some kids before heading in. "Fati, Fati," chanted fans at the Gradski Stadium.

Luis de la Fuente saw his team go two goals to the good through Aitor Bunuel and Marc Cucurella, with the latter making way as a sub for Ansu.
An historic moment, as the 16-year-old played for the U21s. Ansu played on the left flank and looked to combine with players, including Dani Gomez. He nearly earned a penalty and saw Dukic keep out his decent shot.
