The Spanish international completed 13 dribbles in a game and a half in this break

Adama Traore was the great sensational of the second international break this season for the Spanish national team. The Wolves winger debuted with La Roja and left his mark. He ran riot on the right flank and even though Spain did not take advantage, he showed he can help Luis Enrique's team.

He played 33 minutes and 90 against Ukraine to move top of the Nations League rankings for dribbles, completing 13 in 123 minutes per Whoscored. No other player who has played in the four games so far has matched that.

Spain also lead another ranking that shows their philosophy. Pau Torres leads the passes completed with 365, ahead of Toni Kroos on 356, and Sergio Ramos is third with 309.

This stat shows that Spain have dominated the ball in games, although at the same time, the scorelines haven't necessarily shown that - netting just once against Switzerland and failing to score against Ukraine.

Improving efficiency in front of goal is the homework assignment for Lucho, when they face Switzerland in Basel and Germany in Seville in November, aiming to get into the NL final four in October 2021.
