Reguilón could be loaned out or sold to Manchester United

Real Madrid are open to raising funds by selling Reguilon but some at the club favour a loan deal instead

Sergio Reguilon is one of the most wanted players in this summer's transfer market. The Spanish full-back isn't wanted by Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid but the club values his potential. Manchester United have tabled a bid in the region of €30m for Reguilon but Madrid must decide whether they want to cash in now or just loan him out for another season. A decision is expected to be made on his future early next week.

Sergio Reguilón has come through the system at Madrid but Zidane doesn't appear keen on handing opportunities to the club-trained youngsters. He opted to spend €47m on Ferland Mendy and asked Marcelo to stay last year. Reguilon was forced to spend a season on loan with Sevilla and his performances saw him called up by Luis Enrique.

Aside from United, there are plenty of other interested clubs in the running for Reguilon. The defender is open to spending another year at Sevilla but PSG, Juventus, Napoli and Tottenham Hotspur are all keeping tabs on developments. He's under contract until 2023 and the player's entourage is hopeful Zidane will leave the club before his deal expires.
